CASA VELIZ I is a land house with 2 independent comfortable units. Surrounded by palms, it offers a view of the mountains, the gently-undulating fields of Sicily and a view of the sea. From here you can experience beautiful sunsets. Casa Veliz offers you a get-away-from-it-all holiday with the advantage of still only being five minutes away by car from the village Balestrate and the beach. The property located inside 1000 square metres of private ground with a lots of space to chill out during the hot hours of the day as well as sun-worshippers can find plenty of spots to lie down. In the garden are different fruit trees and you are very welcome to eat the fruits from the trees.

You can spend in Casa Veliz a nice holiday without any stress.

April - June                € 300,00 per week

July - August              € 480,00 per week

September - October   € 300,00 per week

November - March       € 190,00 per week

These prices are for two people. Extra charge for each additional person is € 30.00 per week. Prices include water, electricity and gas. An additional one-off charge of € 40.00 is made for cleaning after departure, bed linen and towels. Charges for aircondition or heating are € 50.00 per week.
